Our full-year teams practice two days a week for 2.5 hours. In addition to mandatory team practices, we offer 1.5-hour optional tumbling practice on the weekends. Our elite teams compete in 8-10 competitions all within 2 hours of travel. If qualified, elite teams will compete at D2 Summit in Orlando Florida. Come join one of the fastest-growing programs around!
