Our full-year teams practice two days a week for 2 hours.

In addition to mandatory team practices, we offer 1-hour tumbling practice.

Our Elite teams compete in 8-10 competitions, most within 2.5 hours of travel.

If qualified, Elite teams will compete at D2 Summit in Orlando Florida.
