Adult Coed Gymnastics
& Tumbling Class

Empire All Star Cheerleading & Gymnastics offers a safe place for adults to learn, have fun, meet new people, and improve their overall health. This is a structured class with an open gym vibe. Our coaching staff will help you become more disciplined, focused, and confident. You will be able to learn everything from basic through advanced skills/progressions on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, tumble track, pommel horse, parallel bars, high bar, and/or rings. Whether you want to learn skills or just improve your overall health, let us know what you'd like to work on, and we've got you covered.

Our Adult Coed Gymnastics & Tumbling class costs $80/month and meets for an hour once per week on Thursdays from 8:15-9:15pm. We are currently accepting cash, credit cards, and checks made payable to Empire; however, we encourage all payments to be made through iclasspro. 

 

To register for this Adult class, please use the following online registration link iClassPro. Sibling & multi-class discounts are available, and payments are due at the beginning of each month. Once we accept your enrollment request and you make your first payment, then you have officially secured your spot in that class. Please note - the computer will not charge your account until after we have approved your class enrollment request. The computer will also automatically re-enroll you in that same class each month until you tell us otherwise. All we ask is that you just let us know at least two weeks in advance if you wish to transfer or drop a class for any reason.
